Mac Addict magazine is the perfect compliment to MacWorld. Its reviews are short but insightful, using the tested products and describing their value quickly. If it is of interest, then off to the net for a more detailed review. The witty and sometimes irreverent writing is a change from the regular journals and magazines. You will actually look forward to reading this magazine since is different. The 'how-to' tutorials are also useful and almost every article is a good read. There is not a lot of fluff. This magazine is well worth the price of subscription.

Mac Addict is a great read for the computer enthusiast. I get it without the costly CD, and it describes how to easily download the things which are on the CD. It alerts me to exciting new things to try on my Mac and gives advice about problems and solutions that Mac users have experienced. I always have to go to my computer and try out suggestions as I read the magazine. A few of the articles are for gamers (and I don't play games on my Mac) or people who know way more than I do, but I just skim or skip those articles, unless I want to impress my grown children by reading them and mentioning something they are surprised I know! I cut out some tips from almost every issue and these bits of advice have helped me troubleshoot my Mac and my friends and relatives Macs and restore them to good working order when a problem arose. I recommend this magazine for every Mac user.
